Speed and mobile

• 1. Run your homepage and top product page through PageSpeed Insights and note the mobile result.
• 2. Open your store on a real phone over mobile data. Does the first screen show quickly?
• 3. Remove apps you no longer use and check no leftover code remains.

Product pages

• 4. Is the price visible without scrolling or tapping?
• 5. Do you have clear photos, a short benefit-led description and size or variant details?
• 6. Are reviews or other proof near the main button?

Cart and checkout

• 7. Can a shopper check out as a guest?
• 8. Are shipping costs and delivery times clear before the last step?
• 9. Do you offer the payment options your shoppers expect?

Trust, search and email

• 10. Are your policies, contact details and About page easy to find?
• 11. Does every key page have its own title and description that match what shoppers search?
• 12. Do you send an automatic welcome email and an abandoned cart email?
