Crest Matrix Digital Group ("we", "us") runs crestmatrixdigital.com. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you fill in a form (store review, consultation or contact), we receive the details you type in: your name, email, store link and message. When you book a call, Calendly collects the details you enter there. If you email us, we keep the email.

How we use it

We use it to reply to you, to review your store, to send a quote, and to deliver work you ask for. We do not sell your information.

Services that handle data

Forms are delivered to us by FormSubmit. Calls are booked through Calendly. We use Google Analytics 4 to see how the site is used, in aggregate. Payments for work go through Upwork or Fiverr, so we never see your card details.

Keeping and deleting

We keep enquiry emails for as long as they are useful for the work. Email hello@crestmatrixdigital.com and we will delete your details or answer any question about them.
